Ink Color * 
This is where you can choose the ink color selection for your stamp. Choices are listed below in the drop down menu. Please kindly note that if you are looking for a color that is photographically reproducible we suggest selecting one of the darker colors. The lighter colors such as Pink, Yellow and Mint Green do not reproduce as well as the darker colors.
Case Color *
This is where you may select the case color (not ink color) but the body of your notary stamp
Name *
This is where you may orginially comissioned as name.
Commission Number
This is where you may fill out your commission or registration number, this is typically found on your notary certificate.
Date *
This is where you can fill in your expiration date, if you desire the date in a certain format you may place a note in the special instructions below.
Choice of Stamp *
Choose your Stock Stamp for your package. Please see the product pictures to see sample imprints for the stock stamp choices.
Include 6cc bottle of Refill Ink *
Add a small bottle of refill ink to your order so when your stamp starts running light it is simply a matter of adding a few drops of ink to freshen your stamp back up for 1,000's more stamped impressions.
PDF Proof prior to production *
If you would like a PDF proof prior to production you may select "Yes" for this attribute. If you do select this option we will email you a PDF mockup of your personalized item before it goes through production. During this stage you will have the ability to edit and make change prior to the item going into production. Please note our production and turnaround times will depend on the approval time on the proof.
